awful cistomer service - rude behaviour


Experiencing disruption in all the services and strangely  there was a problem in connecting to Live chat after a long time it got connected and when questioned about the issue of not able to make calls or use any services, the agent simply said there is an issue, to it whenI replied why it is notified to the customers he rudely provided a community link by saying it is customer responsibility to check on it. This is real frustrating. Weird thing is that after it was asked then ID started displaying service disruption notification message on Id login. Suggest you should have done that at the beginning of the issue not after customer complained wasted their time to connect you. Disappointed with the customer service.

@Consequences11  Sorry to hear about your experience with this agent, while some individuals may come over or behave rude most aren't.

While service's for many have been resumed as of late yesterday evening or night some customer's are still experiencing service issues such as yourself. 

Let's hope later on today you're services are all resumed.

Hey there ​@Consequences11, we sincerely apologise for the outage, and the level of customer service you received from us. We did indeed have an outage with some calls/texts on Wednesday. The outage has now been resolved, calls and text messages should now be working again as usual. If you're still having issues, we'd recommend restarting your phone.
