Bad network in my area

My address is N15 6bh I'm supposed to have excellent 4g coverage and some 5g coverage. The 5g is non existent and on 4g it is not that good throughout the day and terrible during the evening. I have tried the SIM in multiple phones and currently using the Pixel 9a and all have the same problem so it must be a problem with the network.

Hey there @Yitzi, sorry to hear this. I can see that you live in a weaker 5G area, so we’d recommend using 4G here for the best signal. However, we apologise if the 4G signal is also poor for yourself, as it shouldn’t be.

How long have you had issues for? Does it affect calls, texts and data?

Have you tried resetting network settings?
