For the last 12 months I have experienced poor phone signal. I make a call, it intermittently cuts out or the person I’ve rang cannot hear me at all. I have to stand by the window at the end of the house to make a call.This wasn’t the case 12 months ago and my husband’s phone (on a different network) does not have this issue.Can anyone suggest what the issue might be please?

Unfortunately, @Frayayour options are limited to replacing your device with one that supports WiFi calling on the iD Mobile network or switching networks. ☹️
