I am in marple in stockport and I can never get a good line. My phone shows full signal, even on wifi its not working please help

So with that in mind the 4G is currently going to be an issue

Hi, I’ve been having terrible trouble with getting a good signal from ID. No matter where I’m using it in the city or the place I live I find being able to make a call very difficult. Also very poor 4g and hence not even able to use my data while outdoors. If I’m being truthful I can’t wait for my contact to end in July to change network it’s that bad.

Just to add I’ve checked the network coverage and it’s saying it should be fine.

Hey there, please see the kind advice from ​@Daz_S sent above.

 

He’s right in saying there is on-going work in your area which will likely be affecting your signal at the moment, and it’s a weaker coverage area in general (please see links sent from ​@Daz_S post above).

 

Have you tried restarting your phone and resetting network settings to see if that helps at all?

yes I have tried all you have suggested before posting. Would you know how long this on-going work is likely to take? Seems to have been going on a few months the issues I’m having!!!
