beey slow mobile internet iim GU71RZ

The 4G and 5G in GU71RZ is so bad that you can hardly open a web page , on your website it says that you are working on problem in this area , any update will be really great as I’m just think of leaving your network?

Hi Kash, thank you for getting back to me , the issue is been going on for 3-4 weeks now , and it is really annoying as it shows full signal but when you try to make a call or use the internet nothing works , the internet download speed is 0.51,any more info and when the issue will be resolved will really help as I’ve started thinking of leaving ID mobile .

You can see from the screen shot , that it shows full signal but the download speed is next to nothing at the same time the upload is unusually high . 
I think the speeds should be the other way around. 
Getting really fed up with you now to be hones.
