call forwarding

Using an iPhone and when I enter the call forwarding section it won’t let me set a number. Is this not available? 
I can type the number but there’s no next button to confirm the setting. 
screen shot is what I see after typing my chosen number. 

also I don’t want to forward to voicemail, I wish to divert to my other phone number.

You’ll probably need to speak to iD customer service about this, @DisabledDude

The iD Mobile website doesn’t cover this topic, but other online sites suggest that the UK MVNO iD Mobile might offer this service.

Hi @DisabledDude 

 

Call forwarding is indeed a service we offer however this is completely set up in the device itself, are you able to put the desired phone number in the box there and then tap the top left back button?

I only want calls forwarded if they are unanswered
