Call Forwarding Wont Work


My husband and I recently bought iPhone 16s via iD mobile.

We can not get call forwarding to work. My husband posted on here and eventually the support team spoke to him via Private Messages.

Call Forwarding is now working on his phone. He was told the support team made changes. He asked if they could share the changes they made so we could do the same on my phone but was told that if I want call forwarding to work on my phone, I need to raise a separate request!

I am hereby raising a request for someone to make call forwarding work on my phone ASAP as I cannot get an iD mobile signal in the majority of places I currently need one.

I’m having the same issue with my iPhone 16 Pro – call forwarding doesn’t work. I can enable it and enter a number to forward to, but it always reverts to disabled whenever I try to save it.


Tried a network reset, didn’t fix it

Tried rebooting my device, didn’t fix it

Tried disabling Wi-Fi and VPN, didn’t fix it

 

I’m pretty sure it’s disabled at an account level. It probably now works on your husband’s phone because iD Mobile enabled it on his account.

If call forwarding isn't working on your iPhone 16s, we would recommend making sure it’s enabled in Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding

 

We would also recommend resetting your network settings too.

I have reset network settings several times

I have tried every Option my husband was told to try with the same result he had - failure every time.

Given his is now fixed after some magical changes by some mystical support team, it surely must be an account level setting. There are many other posts with the same problem
