My husband and I recently bought iPhone 16s via iD mobile.
We can not get call forwarding to work. My husband posted on here and eventually the support team spoke to him via Private Messages.
Call Forwarding is now working on his phone. He was told the support team made changes. He asked if they could share the changes they made so we could do the same on my phone but was told that if I want call forwarding to work on my phone, I need to raise a separate request!
I am hereby raising a request for someone to make call forwarding work on my phone ASAP as I cannot get an iD mobile signal in the majority of places I currently need one.
