calling signal


Hello, so I'm new to id mobile, the signal checker says I get excellent 4g service inside and out but my signal is always non existent indoors, how do I get help regarding this issue

Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

Would this be everywhere you’re using your new iD SIM card, @Kizza32?
