Calls and texts reached capped limit

Can't make calls or texts as it says I reached my limit but I am on a unlimited contract, what do I do? 

Sounds like a mistake by iD Mobile, but forum members like us can’t look at customers accounts, @Christopher101

I'd recommend chatting online with iD support using their Live Chat service. 

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the iD chatbot works 24/7.
