calls cut off

For approx the 9 month incoming and.outgoing calls randomly cut off. Either just disconnect or they can hear me and I cant hear them. This happens in loads of different locations and it always shows that I have a signal. Please help!!

It is, have tried everything that has been suggested, I've spoken to online chat this morning and they are sending a new sim to see if it helps
