calls dropping . land line and mobile

Been having this issue for a while . Checked all the settings . Checked wife calls enabled . Tested on 5g and 4g . Nope still drops calls . 3 times on the same call today and it was to a landline number.  Now I borrowed another phone set it up with my SIM and again it's just happened again .

Is the issue the SIM card or just a bad choice in Network provides . This will honestly be the last contract I take out with IDMobile

    Post code is PA154JE. It's either the SIM card or the network . It makes no difference if I'm at home or out and about .

    I have checked the service in your area and there are no known issues detected. 

    Are you using 4G/5G when you experience the problems?
