calls not working

Hi 

I switched my number from o2 but my calls are not working. Data and text are working.

Unfortunately @Aziz Ur Rehman, iD Mobile only provide online help & support for their customers. 

Try telling the 24/7 iD chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person” - do this a few times though.

The iD advisers work 9am - 8pm on weekdays.

Otherwise, try sending iD support a private message using Facebook Messenger.

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on the handset with your iD SIM, @Aziz Ur Rehman?

What date did you select for your number switch, @Aziz Ur Rehman?  

Is your old O2 SIM card inactive now?

Sometimes number ports to iD Mobile aren’t completed properly until 10pm on the switching date, @Aziz Ur Rehman.

Forum members like us can’t see customers accounts.

Maybe ask iD customer service for a status update from https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

It’s sorted. 
I got through to a customer service person and he told me to go to settings> phone> my number and delete my old number and type my new number there and save it. Restart the phone and it worked for me.

Hi I’m new user. I’m using iPhone 12pro max. One international number with physical sim and always works and shows full signal. But I’m using id in esim. It’s always show empty signal bar for id. But I can use internet. I never received an incoming call. But if I have to call just dial the number then automatically all signals full and I can make call after cutting call then all signal run away from phone. So no one can call me.  How to fix it. Thanks
