Calls not working

I'm experiencing calls issue since 3 weeks and it's not getting better at all. This is really causing my everyday life and I am not sure from where to get help. I would rather like to switch provider immediately but I am on a contract. This experience with ID mobile is pathetic

I’m sorry to hear this, how are texts and data?

 

Are you having issues with calls everywhere or just in certain locations?

Everything else is working fine. Just no incoming or outgoing calls. I have to switch my phone off and then turn on to make a call. It works for one outgoing call only. To make another call I have to repeat the process otherwise I can't make any calls. For incoming I haven't been receiving any calls just voicemails since last week of June 2025

Yes tried everything I could and my husband on three network is also having similar issue. Please advise what option do I have to get this matter resolved immediately 


Hello, I am unable to help, but I have also had no coverage for almost two weeks. 
ID mobile needs to sort out these issues immediately.

When you say you have no coverage, is it data, calls, texts or all three? ( ​@Khadija Israr  I am aware you have mentioned it is just calls)

Could you please provide some example postcodes of where you have had trouble?

Have you tried a replacement SIM?

I haven't tried sim replacement and after a month the issue is still same. I am extremely disappointed and not getting any help from ID at all. 
for now I am going to end my contract and switch provider but I will take formal complaint forward for all the distress caused and for getting no real help.
