calls ok but no mobile data

I can make calls but no mobile data. So no websites, app connections etc. both me and my wife have ID Sims and both have same issue. Both phones have  mobile data enabled. It's report 4G and 5G on phones but still not working

@Giffbean hope you enjoyed your visit to the Lake District. The general area seems to struggle for signal, which would explain why you had issues but restored now you’re back at home. Thanks.

    The issues was during our visit to the lake distinct LA22 and LA23 areas, sometimes it working but very spotty. We are back in Surrey now and have no further issues

    There were lots Ambleside Windermere etc couple of examples LA22 0LF, and  LA23 3BX
