Unable to make calls or text , keeps coming up will not registered to network.

I had a text the other day from ID mobile saying that my activation code for my new sim will be sent shortly.  I never requested a new sim and I never received a code . Not sure if that's link 🤔

Hey there @Marcus C, we’re sorry to hear this. This sounds like eSIM fraud I’m afraid.

 

You will need to contact our live-chat immediately so they can raise this and block the new SIM, and send you a new SIM:
