Can recieve calls, cannot make calls

Hi there. Earlier today I was able to both receive and make calls. This has changed throughout the day and I am now unable to make calls, although I seem to be able to receive them still. I have tried everything on the faq you put up to try and fix this and nothing helped. I am on an iPhone. It need to make some calls asap so a fix would be great help.
