I have unlimited mins and cannot call any landlines, why not ?

Hi, I have not had any error messages. It automatically ends the call and makes no dial sound. I have tried online chats with two ID members of staff, both were completely unhelpful and did not resolve it. One also told me information that was totally incorrect with regards to costs calling a home landline number. I have only had my phone for two weeks after switching from EE. LUCKILY, my sister who has just had the same phone changed a setting and I was able to make a call to a landline number. She went into mobile service and changed my default phone line to primary, as I had a primary and secondary. The secondary being from switching over from EE. It would have been so helpful if ID staff had this knowledge so I was able to use my phone for the first two weeks! Not impressed with ID so far.
