I'm having trouble connecting to my data via 4g/4g+. The only way I have been able to do so is by enabling 5g but that is draining my devices battery.

Firstly please can you reset your network settings and see if that improves anything.
Secondly I would advise checking the network status checker to see if there are any issues in the area.
I would also advise to check your network settings and ensure that you select a 4G and 5G option.
