I have reported the same - missed a call from someone I was supposed to pick up after their chemo. It feels like there is something wrong ID mobile end but we are being left hanging. Sick of being told to check things when my phone is completely compatible.

Hi I did live chat with Anneline- I have an iPhone and had to ‘delete old number’ in settings then enter my number (I don’t have a new number so had to delete and reenter the same number). Wasn’t optimistic but did this, switched off and on and it worked!  Hope this helps and you’re all ok

Hi @EM53 @Nikolina Duruliyska @timstickland,

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear about the issues that you have experienced.

I would advise that you enable VoLTE on your handset and try again.

As 3G is being turned off, calls need to take place over 4G.

Kash

VoLTE?
What is that and how to find it, please.

Unfortunately ID mobile has chosen to leave their customers.

I have a 4G device.

I’ve not been able to make or receive calls for about 2 weeks now.

I tried all the troubleshooting they suggested, I changed SIM, I went to Carry’s as they told me (what a waste of my time!) and still the problem is not solved.

I went to a phone repair shop and the guy wanted to help, he tried my phone with a Lebara card.

And my phone was working perfectly.

Its been a while that I wanted to leave the Three network and I guess the time has come.

Three network/ID mobile/ Smarty and maybe other providers who rent lines from the Three Network,

they refuse to enable Volte for all Volte capable 4G devices. I have a Google PXL2 device which has Volte capabilities and for me it is till worth £600.

If they think that they will force us to buy new devices… they will only lose customers.

I've already requested my PAC and i’m going shopping for Lebara/Asda Mobile SIM.

Thanks ID mobile for giving us motivation to leave the Three network at last.

With me is the same

I have to call ambulance when they switched all off.

They must tell all Custumers what going to happen.

My 3 years old son was in danger.

And I can't call or recive calls.

When you sell service..have a contract with Custumers must give them what you promise and what they pay for.

Hi @vivian123 & @Nikolina Duruliyska

Sorry to hear you feel this way, unfortunately we do not and cannot support all devices, a list of our supported devices (and whether or not they support 4G calling) can be found here.

We have informed customers for many months, as have Three UK, about the 3G switch off.
