can't make calls, internet is slow and drops often

I’ve just come over to id my previous number has finally been transferred but now I can’t make outgoing calls, anyone I try to phone it says “your service doesn’t allow access to this number” 

Try the following Dial Code, this worked for another member recently with a similar issue:

For Android: #330*0000#
For Apple iPhone (All outgoing calls and TXT) : #33*0000#
