Why can't I make calls in SA8?

Tried 4 or 5 different numbers and restarted my phone.

Signal showing 5g

There is currently degradation to 3G and 4G voice calls. 3UK engineers are investigating the issue. For the latest updates, please check our Service Status page.

Affecting me and my partner. Ringing our end now, but not the receiving end. How do we get compensation?

Three UK network is down, that is affecting ID Mobile voice services who 'ride' on Three network

Check update on Three Network because as long as Three  are down, ID mobile will be down too, there are > 10K people affected by this outage
