Can’t make or receive calls and dropped calls

Hi Community,

I am very close to cancelling my contract with ID but thought I’d try this first. I’ve been having a terrible experience with ID calls not connecting, calls not coming though and when I am on a call, it drops 9 times out of 10. What can I do about this? My phone is fine, my previous network was fine, but right now it feels like this isn’t even worth the £4 I’m currently paying.

Have you checked the network status in the area?

Also it may be a SIM issue which is causing the issue.

Hi, I can’t make or receive any calls but I can receive text messages. Why is that?
