In the last month I’ve noticed I can’t make or receive calls on my Samsung S10e at my workplace here in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire or at my parents home in West Wales. I can still send and receive texts though.
I have recently seen the banner re 3G switched off and have followed all the advice and still can’t make or receive calls.
My phone is on the approved list and has VoLTE enabled. It was bought new and not locked to any network.
I’m getting extremely frustrated at missing/not being able to make calls! Especially at my parents home as I have full 4G(LTE) and full signal - this has been infuriating as a family member has been in hospital recently. I have also missed lots of important business calls which is also infuriating!
I also notice the huge quantity of messages about the shambles this 3G switch off is causing - if this isn’t sorted very soon I’m sacking off ID and switching to a network that actually bloody works!
