Cancelling due to poor signal

Well, that’s it. A couple of months in and I can no longer put up with the dreadful signal provided by iD/3. If it hadn’t been for wifi calling I wouldn’t have been able to talk to anyone at all! Moving next Tuesday to a provider that uses the UK’s biggest network for the same price but with more data.

I haven't needed luck, just the ability to be provided with a perfect signal which is what I now have.

How do you even attempt to cancel? I can’t even ask a question on here as since 3G has turned off I get no signal at all in my home town yet the coverage checker says I should have very good 4G… having 2 young children it’s concerning that unless I have WiFi I cannot use my phone 😩
