My phone is not connecting to 4g, please help.
It is a brand new phone (android) and I have checked the status checker which says my area is excellent for 4g and there are no reported issues.

Hi
When you say you cannot connect to 4G, do you mean that nothing works or is it just making/receiving calls that you can’t do (but you can still send/receive texts and use your data)?
What phone do you have?
Is your phone connection LTE?
4G is just the generic name given to this generation of network but VoLTE (Voice over LTE) is the actual type of network that is being used and so you need to be able connect to that for your phone to work.
There is plenty of information on the internet with regards to ‘how’ you can rectify this problem for your phone, so just do a search and I’m sure you will find an answer. If not let us know and someone may be able to point you in the right direction.
