i cannot make and receive any phone call since June. terrible ID mobile coverage

Have you checked the phone number is correct, in the settings of the Phone app, on the mobile phone with your iD SIM, ​@Threeinone3

yes phone numbers I made were correct.

Do calls work when outside of the area?

Have you tested the SIM in another handset?

Did everything work fine prior to this? Yes

Do calls work when outside of the area? no I cannot still make and receive calls in some areas 

Have you tested the SIM in another handset? yes, no difference
