cannot make calls or receive texts, no 4G

I’ve got no signal at all, no bars let alone any 4G. I cannot make Or receive calls. Checked my coverage in my area, excellent coverage. Wrong. It’s appalling. Please come back with an issue

    and I have a 12 pro max. 
     

    it’s been happening for about a week on and off signal and being unable to make and receive calls. Today is the main day where my signal has completely gone, no service at all.

    1. Have you tried restarting your phone?
    2. Have you tried resetting network settings?
    3. Have you checked your phone number is showing correctly in settings?
