cannot make or receive phone call and text

I cannot make and receive any phone call and text since three days ago. My phone is iPhone 12 and VoLTE is on by default. Data also drops out. I feel I D mobile is not a reliable network provider. Very frustrated

Hey there ​@EMPark, we’re very sorry to hear this. We had a nationwide outage for some calls/texts last week, that was resolved the day after. Are you still having issues now please?

Hi Tyler, 

Thank you for contacting. 
I have just checked it.  My phone seems working but unstable and date doesn’t seem working. I have data a lot but cannot use it.

Hi Tyler, 

The postcode of my address is NE12 9RG and my phone is iPhone 12. My husband also is in ID mobile and his phone condition is the same of mine. His data also drop off or very slow to use. His phone is also iPhone 12. We didn’t have this problem before.

Are you using iOS 18.5 on the iPhone 12 with your iD SIM, ​@EMPark

Have you checked for a Network Provider update for iOS?

Go to Settings > General > About, then wait for a few minutes - are you offered a network settings update?
