Just moved from EE mobile to ID mobile, everything’s great apart from not being able to call mum who happens to be on EE network. 
 

when telling her about not being able to get through to her she has told me that ID mobile runs off THREE network and other family members that were on THREE had to call her on WhatsApp as they couldn’t call her either?. 
 

whenever I try to ring her ‘call is not recognised, please check the number and try again’ 

 

anyone else have/had this?

Hello again, 

yes she can call people on three but they can’t phone her, I also still can’t seem to call her but yet everyone else is fine, there’s nothing wrong with her phone or mine.

Have you tried deleting her as a contract, and re-adding her?

 

Have you re-tried adding her in both the 07 & +44 prefixes and see if that helps?

With other people having issues contacting your Mother as well as you, it would indicate the problem is originating from either her SIM or handset.

Has she had a replacement SIM from Three?

She seems to be able to recieve calls from anyone and everyone that isn’t on THREE network or ID Mobile lol 🤷‍♂️ 

theres nothing wrong with sim nor handset 

when she has called up EE before which is the network she is on an advisor did tell her over the phone that people on three can’t seem to call people on EE.
