cant connect to my network

I have restarted my phone and ID mobile emailed me to say they have switched but I see see my old network on my phone. 
 

I can’t use my phone accept for wifi

@Elizabeth Eze - You’ll need to do a Network Settings Reset:

If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
