CANT MAKE ANY CALLS STILL


I STILL CANT MAKE OR RECEIVE ANY CALLS AND IVE EVEN RESET MY PHONE. CANT GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 32 MINUTES

Maybe check the VoLTE settings is still tuned on, for the phone with your iD SIM, ​@Mohammed0207

Okay ​@Mohammed0207, that’s the iD number for their Automated Phone Service, to check your allowances, make a payment, etcetera.

It's working now after I turned on the VoLTE. 

 

But i never turned that off so why did that happen please??
