cant make calls


Not been able to make a call for hours now, this is not acceptable. don’t think I will be using id again.

 Hi. Thanks for getting in touch. There’s currently an issue affecting ID mobile customers alongside 3UK customers. I understand this is frustrating but there’s not much that can be done. Here’s a page to keep updated on any future progress.

Fastlane so you are not going to use ID mobile again for a fault that lies at Three and their network. Interesting its a bit like blaming your local petrol station for have no petrol when BP has not delivered any to them.

How long is the service going to be down for ? And will we get a refund on our bill for not being able to use our phones ?

No idea. Next update is at 10. Things happen and a refund would be less than a £1 for a days outage? I doubt there would be a refund.

It’s not just ID mobile. It’s the 3 network which ID mobile and others use. Will look to move to another network unless this is sorted soon. Bad news is 3 have approval yo take over Vodafone so there’s not much choice as O2 reception is poor here.

Calm down. Its is a days outage and these things happen. Surely you can call who ever you need on whatsapp while there is an outage. I have been with ID for years and this is the 1st outage and only knew about it as I wanted to call my parents on their house phone. If I didn’t then I would be none the wiser as everyone else is on whatsapp

We have elderly relatives who don’t use internet and who will be worried we’ve not called tonight. Trying to contact other relatives on WhatsApp so they can let them know.
