Good day I am trying to use my phone to make calls it’s says I am put through to the id payment line but my account is not owing anything at the moment

You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@NuleceShala 

The advisers work until 9pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​​
