For the past three weeks, I have been unable to make or receive calls. Despite repeated attempts, I haven’t been able to get through to anyone for support, and the issue remains unresolved.
This has caused a lot of frustration, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service and communication.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I would like to cancel my contract without penalty.
Please treat this as urgent and get back to me as soon as possible.
