cant make or receive call


Hi, can't make or receive calls  text working ok   tried reset but not working.

Check coverage and it says it's good

Okay @richjoy950, it’s strange you don’t have the Wi-Fi Calling option! Let’s try some basic troubleshooting steps, to see if the situation improves:

  • Restart your phone.

  • Switch on Airplane mode for 1 minute, then turning Airplane mode off again.

  • Manually select a different network until your signal disappears. Wait for 1 minute, then select iD Mobile again.

Test phone calls after each step to see if they work. If you’re unsure on how to do the last step, let me know, and I'll provide steps to guide through the process. Thanks.

Hi Matthew, yes still have problems.  It works fine except at my home. Even tried a new sim and that's not helped. Any suggestions

Unfortunately I don't have that option on my phone  it's a Samsung a5, it says is compatible but doesn't list the option on  phone settings   Everything was working ok until about 2 weeks ago   and the only place I can't make or receive calls is at my home address
