Is the system down again. I couldn't make or receive calls yesterday, In evening it came back and now it's back to not taking incoming and outgoing calls.

Alas, in that case you might be impacted by the BT Mobile / EE network incident on 24/07/25, which appears to be going for some mobile users, @Snc.

Hi there @Snc, we hope the kind advice from @andewhite has helped, and he was correct in saying the EE/BT Mobile incident likely caused this, and this was resolved last Friday.
