cant recive calls

Ealier today a very important call was interrupted twice when the phones disconnected. Since then I can make calls but not recive them this is terrible and I only found out people have been trying to call me for weeks.

My sim isn't the problem as the fault moves when inserted in to another phone

    Hi there ​@Paulatnortel, last week on the date you posted this, there was an issue with EE and Vodaphone, which caused disruption, and stopped users being able to call and receive calls from anyone on those networks. This furthermore had a further impact on other networks, but has since been resolved from last Friday.

     

    This issue was with EE and something out of our control, and we sincerely apologise for the issues caused.

     

    However, I see you’ve mentioned you’ve noticed you’ve not received calls for weeks. Is the issue only with receiving calls, and is it all numbers affected?
