Have you restarted the phone and reset your network settings?

Are you other services working? It sounds like it may be an issue in the area and I would advise checking the Network Status at the link below:

What phone do you have?
Has the 3G network been turned off in your area?
Can you see if VoLTE is enabled on it? You need to see LTE as the connection type to be able to use the 4G network as it uses VoLTE (Voice over LTE).

If you need to find out how to check/enable VoLTE on your phone then Google (other search engines are available) is your friend!

Yes have checked all that and my phone has all this working on 4G just calls in and out

When you say ‘my phone has all this working on 4G’ do you mean that you see ‘4G’ in your network mode settings?
Texting and data work over the 4G network but calls (making and receiving) need to connect to the VoLTE (LTE) network so you need to see LTE in the network mode  and have VoLTE enabled

What's going on today I could make calls untill 3pm today nothing happening now can't make or receive calls can make calls on WhatsApp internet still working 

Seems Three UK have a problem with voice calls on their mobile network, ​@Ian rogers. 

Consequently, any of the MVNO business using Three UK might have issues too.

I'm unable to make or receive calls been like this since 4pm today. Data seems to work but normal voice calls

Can't get into the app either. What's going on??
