When I try to make an international call I receive a message telling me I’m unable to make any calls because I’ve reached my capped limit. But my plan is for unlimited minutes, and international calls. What’s going on, and what can I do?

Calls from the UK to another country may cost extra, you may need to raise your bill cap to allow this.
