compensation

I missed important medical calls, cannot access apps and banking as need text passcodes no network for calls or data.

This has been all day since 7am, what compensation will we get? Probably £2 it's a joke

There will be no compensation because:

  1. iD Mobile plans have no SLA guarantee
  2. See clause 4.4 of the T&C’s

I too am having issues making and receiving calls as a temporary workaround I found forwarding calls to another (non three) number and removing the sim card <or turning it off in settings allows me to get incoming calls but no out going calls through three network.

This is appalling service and not for the first time. Are there Tech people all working WFH or various beaches perhaps?

I missed an NHS telephone appointment and I'm now at the back of a very long queue. They left a Voice message which I didn't get either so that's it. Likely another 3 month wait. Thanks ID!

Do you think that’s a bit dramatic? You do understand that no technology can ever be 100% fault-free, right? Before mobiles, we had landlines. When those developed a fault, you’d have to wait days for an engineer visit before things got fixed. Just like way back when, you could set up call forwarding on your iD Mobile so you don’t miss any important calls.
