My wifi has stopped working, connected without internet.
I have tried in several different WIFI areas and the mobile data says the same.
Can anyone help me to fix this?

Good morning.
You’re having issues with both Wi-Fi and mobile internet? Suspect your device isn’t happy. Have you started with a simple reboot - or rather turn off your mobile and leave it off for 5-10 minutes, and then start it up again…

i have rebooted, done factory settings, turned off for ten minutes both my wife and i have the same phones doing the same thing, galaxy A15, 5g . its driving us mad. all we get is connected without internet, my internet provider is very good running at 70 and 18 upload
