constant coverage issues

i have been missing calls since i moved here 7 months ago, i have issues with outgoing call quality but not so much incoming when they can get through.I wish to get a pac code and move immediately to O2. I don’t feel i should have to pay the rest of the contract as it doesn’t work properly . I am in extremely poor mental and physical health, and it is vital to not miss calls from Cancer consultants which i have been . This has to stop now. Please advise.
