conversation drop out

During every call I make during the conversation I have drop out where we can’t hear each other, so much so I have people hanging up on me even though I can hear them but they can’t hear me.

As its every call, for starters see if your phone is set up correctly - my initial thought is your phone is possibly bouncing between 3G and 4G

 

The other thing to consider, if you have home internet, would be to also use Wi-Fi calling

      Hi, it generally happens most when I am taking calls at home.  Its not switching to 3G.  Its uses 4G when I am at home.  I have now switched on Wifi calling to see if that helps
