Hi everyone 👋 I'm new to id mobile ! I've seen a lot of complaints on here about coverage but in my opinion please be patient with i know it's frustrating for everyone please believe me I know from my previous network (the best network 11 years running 🤣 what a joke) .
I took out a contract in store & because I took it out instore instead of online I was told after there's no cooling off period so I was stuck with a 2 Yr contract (which I bought myself out of ) & I joined id .
Before I took the contract out on my previous network I checked on the coverage for my area at the time it said great even the useless article in the store said the signal was great for my area !
Lol lies all of it whenever I had to make or receive a call I had to go outside to the front of my house because when I answered the call inside it cut off !
Customer services were not interested they promised to put in my complaint but it gets ignored I ended up going on the forum complaining about the service 1 of the contributors came back & basically blamed the house for the signal lol omg as if I'm not spending enough money on a bad network I'm getting stupid answers on the forums ! So for nearly 2 years I've had to put up with rubbish service from the SO called best network !
Personally myself I think Id is excellent I have top customer chat help & ppl on here are so friendly & helpful i get a signal i can now use indoors & not only that I took out a contract with a phone OK not a top of the range phone but believe it or not I'm now saving myself a grand total of nearly £50 a month on mobile bill what a saving 😀.
So ppl please be patient ( yes its frustrating) OK you may be without a signal for a few days etc but don't forget I was without a proper signal for nearly 2 years !
