Hi, I have had awful connection since moving to Wrexham. My data constantly disconnects and when it is connected it struggles to play a 360p video

Perhaps the Three UK network coverage/reception in your Wrexham location isn’t the best option, ​@Kieran Caveney.

Maybe try the OFCOM mobile coverage checker, and see coverage for all the mobile networks at your location.
