My Internet does not work properly..I have tried everything including restarting, off,/on, flight mode etc. the pages often don't load and if they do it takes ages. Whatsapp messages don't send either..they may send after an hr or so. New to id mobile.. thinking it's all a scam..100gbm of unusable data!!!

Honestly everyone is in the same boat looks like there's nothing we can do other than leave when the contract ends, hopefully they go bust, absolute con, now I know to just pay the little bit extra for a known provider

I have figured out how to work it! First off go onto Mobile data in settings then cadd your number to your esim that doesn't have a number and add your number then change it to your primary data then delete your old sim off your phone and it should work
