Data isnt working

i have full signal and says 5G but the last few days my data has not been working, i’ve tried to get in contact but they haven’t helped. I’ve checked signal coverage and there’s no problems in my area.

Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

 

3G is indeed in the process of being switched off, however unlikely to have affected data.

Same here right across from Swindon to Bristol via m4. Apparently they are switching off 3G but whatever it is they've done it's made the data network unusable.
