Data not working

Yesterday I couldn’t make or receive calls, and now today I can’t use any data even though it says 4G and 5G? 
I have checked my account and I have 32GB of data, yet I can only connect to wifi. Other than that I have no internet and it doesn’t work! Anyone else having the same problem?

I do, still not working properly, this started Tuesday afternoon.

We had experienced an outage with our partners at Three, which may have explained the problems you had been facing? We are very sorry about any inconvenience caused, but this has all been resolved now. 

Can you please let us know if you are still experiencing issues with this?  Have you tried a reboot of your handset? Do you have VoLTE enabled? Thanks.

I have an iPhone 15 and VoLTE isn’t an option on my phone and my wife and I are both having the same issue. If we restart our phones we can make and receive 1 call before we would need to restart again. This started last Tuesday afternoon - time to leave iD mobile.

This is not good, if this isn’t sorted by tomorrow we off to another provider. I’ve not been able to call anyone since Tuesday afternoon.
