Data rollover not showing in app

My rolled over data isn’t showing in my app or online. I have 50gb of data and my app is showing 77gb used out of 50gb. I have a spend cap and haven’t received an 80% or 100% data usage text so i assume i’m using into my rolled over data. This is also not a new plan as I’ve had it since feb 24. Can you help please?

How much rollover data do you have, and should you have to confirm?
