Delaying messages

Hi there,

I have faced issues with my  ID mobile messaging app over the past few days.

Messages are delayed and don't reach destination until a few hours/a day after I sent them which is really annoying.

Would be able to help please?

    I’m sorry to hear this, when they do send, have you moved location?

     

    Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having these issues?

     

    Have you tried your SIM card in another device?

     

    How are calls and data?
